- Any concerns should initially be brought up with a member of staff, but if the issue is not resolved, an email should be sent to info@koruultrasound.co.nz recording the name, date of scan and the details of the concern.
- Reception will reply with acknowledgement of the contact and let the patient know it will be brought to the attention of the Directors, to discuss at their weekly meeting.
- After the Directors have discussed it and have a conclusion / response, this will be emailed to the patient.
